You are welcome to perform Morning Star and Evening Star at non-commercial and unpaid events between now and September 30 2021.
Any ticketed, commercial performances of Morning Star and Evening Star taking place before September 30 will need to be registered with APRA AMCOS.
Any future performances of the work, after September 30 (ticketed or otherwise) will need to be registered with APRA. No additional licence is required.

A collection of documents, audio and visual files that are FREE for all. Prepared by Candace Kruger and Paula Nihot these resources include the songline, poems, translations, pronunciation guides and cultural context.
These excellent lesson plans are mapped to the National Curriculum and provide teachers ideas for each year level. Written and prepared by Candace Kruger and Leanne Kuss.
The Learning Plans align with the National Curriculum in the Arts – Music, Dance, Drama and Media; and English – Language and Literature. They are available for students in P-10, and will provide you with ideas of how to teach the song, learn the cultural history of the songline and pronounce the Yugambeh words.
A small fee is attached to each Learning Plan package, the profits of which will be returned to the Yugambeh community where this songline originated, via the Yugambeh Youth Aboriginal Corporation.
